Canal Cove Villas a more affodable property on Palm Jumeirah

With all the hype around the Palm Jumeirah, attention tends to get focused on a few types of property, in most cases Signature Villas and Garden Homes. And this is understandable, as both these offer large spacious villas with large landscaped gardens and private pools, and in the case of signature villas, a private strip of beach as well. But whilst no doubt impressive, is this really the be all and end all of palm property? What about the other possibilities?

Well this is where I introduce the Palms Canal Cove Villas. These townhouses may not share the same exclusivity as Garden and Signature Villas, but neither do they share their large price tags! Here these 3 or 4 bedroom townhouses offer you a lot for the money relative to other Palm property. All homes here are fitted with the latest in the way of technology and communications, and all homes come with a dual private garage, with remote doors of course. The villas all feature high ceilings, walk in wardrobes and high quality fittings throughout, all to give that feeling of space and luxury.

And it gets better. All the villas have access to shared swimming pool and a beach. The villas are located at the crown of the Palm, and as a result each villa is located on the beach front, giving them great views out over the water. These villas are certainly well positioned then. And all residents here have access to the clubhouse, which features a gym and other facilities. And of course with this being The Palm, you won’t be short on eating out and shopping options. The Canal Cove villas are located in convenient distance from the Village centre. Here you can expect to find anything from supermarkets, beauty salons pharmacies and other retail options.

Everything you need therefore should be here. As far as freehold real estate in Dubai goes, you can do a lot worse for your money that to invest here. The Palm has been an incredible success, and whilst Canal Cove Villas are still popular, they haven’t attracted the same attention as larger Garden Homes and Signature Villas, which may make purchasing here a better investment at the current time.
